At our farm, we are proud to cultivate premium quality watermelons using two trusted varieties known for their excellent taste, yield, and market appeal – Syngenta Shershaah (WMT 20629) and Arka Manik.

Syngenta Shershaah (WMT 20629)

This hybrid watermelon variety is known for its uniform round shape, thick rind, and exceptional shelf life, making it perfect for long-distance transportation. The fruits weigh around 4–6 kg and have a deep red, firm flesh that’s incredibly sweet and juicy with a Brix level of 12–13%, offering a refreshing and satisfying bite every time. Shershaah is also known for its excellent disease tolerance and high yield potential, making it a farmer-friendly and consumer-loved choice.

Arka Manik

Developed by the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Arka Manik is an open-pollinated variety that delivers consistent quality and flavor. The fruits are medium to large-sized, typically 3–5 kg, with crimson-red flesh, fewer seeds, and a high sugar content (Brix ~12%). Its crisp texture and sweetness make it a local favorite, especially in summer. Arka Manik performs well under varied climatic conditions and is valued for its good field holding capacity.
